How will the money be used? Why through a Congressional Campaign?
These are legitimate questions, and here are the answers:
This is an answer based on an email I wrote in response to a question from a gentleman who had approached his meet-up group about the importance of supporting this effort to watch the vote counts in NH and Iowa for Ron Paul -- and everybody else.

Dear Paul
–
Here are the factors involved regarding the money end of this effort. I will put
a link to this information up on the website under the "Thermometer/Progress
Report Update" at the top of the home page of TheTruth247.com -- right above the
video.
1. If the campaign was watching Ron Paul’s vote, I would not have to be
coordinating this effort. I wasted three months trying to get the campaign to
plug this hole, and all the feedback we’ve gotten is they are not going to do
it. They are not going to raise the issue of how the
theft was
perpetrated against Buchanan in 1996, they are not going to object to the
vote being
counted in secret in all the Super Tuesday primaries (and all other
primaries past New Hampshire and Iowa), and they are not going to come out and
support the National Clean Elections
lawsuit that seeks to outlaw all computers and machines from vote counting,
and put the
counting
in the hands of the neighborhood people at each precinct. While this is no
worse than any other major campaign in the last 30 years, in reality, it is a de
facto abdication of responsibility towards Ron Paul and his supporters that
cannot be exaggerated. Therefore, I am trying to fill in the gap. While totally
outmatched in resources, my congressional campaign (and I'm urging others to
join me in running for Congress in their area) is trying to do for the Ron Paul
campaign -- and everybody else -- what the 5 Big TV Networks are doing for all
the Neo-Con traitors (Hillary, Ghouliani, Romney, Obama, etc. etc. etc).
2. I have run radio ads campaigns for myself and others since the mid 1980s. The
most recent was in 2006 when I ran for Congress in the 2nd district of Ohio. The
general rule is that about 80% of the money collected was able to be used in
buying the radio ads. About 20% was necessary for production, mailings to raise
some of the money (internet is still not enough in my experience), long distance
telephone bills, internet expenses (such as expert help here and there), etc.
3. My “bio is on my campaign website. (By the way, our 2006 website was picked
by the Library of Congress to be one of the ones they would preserve for
history; I’m still not sure why – I had to give them my approval for some
reason).

4. From now until Super Tuesday, I am totally devoting my time and effort, as I
have since June 28, 2007 – to trying to get a fair vote for Ron Paul, as well as
to make him known to the public -- in spite of the coordinated censorship of the
Big Media. Consider this: some congressional candidates are officially endorsing
Hillary or whoever (the Governor of Ohio just endorsed Hillary). I’m not even
officially endorsing Ron Paul, except by implication, in case he wants to
distance himself from me. But I am shouting from the rooftops that obviously the
big media, who is in cahoots with the 4 big computer “vote-counting” companies –
are obviously censoring news of the true progress of the Ron Paul campaign,
while touting 24/7 the non-news of the Hillary, Obama, Ghouliani, Thompson, and
Romney campaigns. Therefore it is logical that they will do anything possible,
via censorhip, votefraud, etc. to try and prevent Ron Paul from showing up as
the winner in Iowa and NH. Our job is to put citizen observers at every voting
place -- and thwart any attempt to do to Ron Paul in 2008 what was done to Pat
Buchanan in 1996. (The other Presidential candidate that almost surely suffered
from massive, deliberate computer votefraud was Ralph Nader in 2000. Had Nader
gotten over 5% of the vote, the Green Party would have had ballot position in
many states for the next election. This was unacceptable to the Ruling Elite, so
it was not hard to predict that the computers would announce that Nader got less
than 5%. I consider this very unlikely as Nader was rightly seen as a true
believer by many millions of those on the liberal/left who were fed up with the
Dem-Repub charade -- while Gore was properly seen as a wholly owned subsidiary
of the New World Order.
5. The congressional campaign idea and strategy is NECESSARY because the FCC
licensed TV and radio stations can (and will) block the type of advertisements I
produce UNLESS they are forced to put them on by the
Reasonable
Access Law – which applies only to federal candidates. The Reasonable Access
Law states that FCC licensed stations can NOT censor the content of the radio
ads of federal candidates (i.e., candidates for US Congress, US Senate, and
President). This is a critical, critical concept that most people have no idea
about – and even many that find out about the Reasonable Access law through us –
do not seem to grasp the importance of the idea.
The reason we have to use the Reasonable
Access Law to FORCE the radio and TV stations to run the radio ads I write and
produce -- is because my radio ads bring up subjects that the Neo-Con Ruling
Elite do not want people (sometimes 30,000 to 750,000 people at a time,
depending on the time of day and the city) to even hear about over 50,000 watt
radio stations, i.e., votescam (the Ruling Elite's main weapon against America
at this time, when all else fails), the fact that the 5 Big TV networks, Clear
Channel Radio, the New York Times, AP wire, the Washington Post, etc. are
actually so many masks for the same background Neo-Con Ruling Elite criminals,
and so on.
(As an
example, our 2006 radio ad, "Arrest Chertoff" was actually pulled from the air
(I think illegally) in Chicago. The first lines of this ad read: "The best thing
we can do for Homeland Security -- is arrest the head of Homeland Security.
Michael Chertoff is a traitor to America . . ." WLS-AM, the FCC media division,
and Disney World of Florida got involved to get the last two days of this radio
ad pulled from WLS, amidst shifting and contradictory statements. This blatant
violation of the Reasonable Access Law still needs to be litigated. This is why
Congressional candidates are needed to FORCE the big Radio stations to run these
ad.)
6. This is why I put in the "Operation Watch the Vote Count for Ron Paul" video
the two radio ads for Iowa and New Hampshire we will be running. Donors are, in
effect, buying these radio ads, and the organizational efforts that to back them
up – which will also include the internet site or sites where the votes are to
be posted for the public to see on the nights of the Iowa Caucuses (January 3,
2008) and the New Hampshire Primary (January 8, 2008). Whether I will have to
help a little, or a lot, or not a all (financially) to get the website or sites
functional – is up in the air at this minute.
7. Ultimately, people have to watch the video at the top of the home page of
TheTruth247.com -- and make a decision. RonPaulforPresident2008.com posted our
effort and video as one of the top 3 lead stories last night (November 16, 2007),
unbeknownst to me. Many who are having their first go around in politics with the Ron Paul
campaign will probably not help this effort. They will believe, hopefully, that
the campaign staff MUST know what they are doing. (In fact, with the issues I am
raising here, I feel like I am watching grade schoolers (he Ron Paul paid staff)
fight seasoned Marines (the New World Order media and apparatus). This is not as
bad a knock as you might think -- very few are up to fighting the New World
Order crowd point for point on strategy. -- If it wasn't for Ron Paul's
stellar personality (which exudes honesty and sincerity), his "home run" media
appearances, such as on The Jay Leno Show, -- and the millions of grassroots
supporters and volunteers, the actions of the paid campaign staff on these KEY
issues would already have sunk the campaign. I write these things in the hopes
that the "bad actors" will be fired, and someone with the "eye of the tiger"
will take over the Virginia office and the check book of the campaign. Ron Paul
now desperately needs a Bobby Kennedy or a sound-thinking James Carville type to
take the helm at this campaign..
Those who are more attune to what’s really going on in this country – will see the wisdom of helping us on this the project. But I would suggest to everyone that money spent to watch the vote count and "call the Big Media out" over 50,000 watt radio stations – is the best money anyone can spend right now (now that the Paul campaign is rolling). This is not something I decided to do last week because Ron Paul was running. On the contrary, all my efforts since 1979 have been to try and PROTECT pro-American candidates like Ron Paul. IT IS AT THIS JUNCTURE that the INTERNAL enemies of America will use votefraud, especially computerized votefraud against the lead pro-American candidate, in this case: Ron Paul.
Closing Comments
Since 1988, only two candidates have emerged who have caught fire and given Americans the chance to take back their country: Pat Buchanan in 1996, and Ron Paul in 2008. People are most interested in the issue of fair elections vs. computerized votefraud when they care about a candidate. Because I and others have not succeeded yet in persuading enough Americans to wake up to this issue, we face this desperate effort to get Ron Paul a fair count, -- while his Paid Staff sits by AWOL and "mum" on this vital issue.
If we do not get citizen watchers at polling places in Iowa and New Hampshire -- and if the National Clean Elections Lawsuit does not succeed in getting the computers thrown out of the other 48 primaries, then the following will happen: Ron Paul will do well in Iowa and NH (where real people show up and count real paper ballots), but will probably not win due to vote manipulation. If we get people to Iowa and NH to watch the vote count, then I believe Ron Paul may well win both Iowa AND New Hampshire).
If the National Clean Elections Lawsuit does not get the computers thrown out of the other 48 primaries, then Ron Paul will "lose" in landslides to the fake candidates like Rudy Ghouliani, who can't get votes wherever he needs real people to show up. When the computers "count" the vote -- Ghouliani will do just fine, and the Neo-Cons will get their way.)
Remember, in 1996 Buchanan won the early contests that were hand-counted or verifiable: Alaska, Louisiana, Iowa (the falsified results published by Voter News Service and AP wire say Buchanan "lost" Iowa, but I think the article "A House without Doors" strongly suggests the opposite), and New Hampshire. THEN, when the computer states kicked in right after New Hampshire -- the lackluster Dole supposedly defeated Buchanan in 28 states in a row by landslide margins (80% to 20%, 70% to 30%, etc. -- the closest state, according to the computers, was 66% to 33% in Michigan -- HA!). Then, after these 28 straight computerized "landslide defeats" -- another state was verifiable: Missouri. AND Buchanan WON in that state on that day!!!! Pattern: When computers count, Dole won; when real people were showing up and counting REAL ballots, Buchanan won.
CAN ANYONE SEE WHAT'S GOING ON IN 2008? When REAL PEOPLE HAVE TO SHOW UP and ballots are counted, Ron Paul wins. When they count the votes in secret, or when the 5 Big TV Networks issue their secretly done public opinion polls -- Ron Paul loses. Real people show up to see Ron Paul (5000 in Philly last week) -- while Hillary and Rudy are speaking usually to dreadfully small and dreary crowds, who are not allowed to ask real questions. The "front-runners" are all mirages. But they will eventually be made "real" if we don't expose this charade -- made "real" by endless publicity (illegal in-kind campaign contributions) from the 5 Big TV Networks, combined with brutal suppression of Ron Paul and his supporters, --- and then the warped, secretly done public opinion polls -- the thoroughly phony exit polls on election day -- and, finally, the falsified computer counts on election night, done in secret, with the people barred from watching, -- and, PRESTO, you will have your next "Bush-or-Clinton" "President."
Now the Ron Paul Campaign paid staff is AWOL on all these issues. If you like that, then don't support what we're doing. If you feel like I do, that the New World Order thugs who are STEALING our country by secret computer counts and secretly done public opinion polls -- that these Super-Criminals must be confronted in public -- then for heaven's sake, support us while there is still time. Don't try to make us pull this "vote count watch" on a "starvation diet", so that we have to desperately do everything that can be done at the last minute.
Support of Ron
Paul and trying to get him a fair count, I would suggest to everyone, -- are not
competing agendas, but complimentary agendas.
